If your machine is not doing as it should be, or even if it’s a concern you have then simply call and we can discuss your concern and hopefully come up with a solution over the phone. All you would need to do is have access to machine whilst on phone.
If a call out is required then this will be advised to you over phone. Dependent upon workload, parts etc we would aim to be with you as soon as possible. A call out will incur a charge, this will always be quoted with an hours labour on top. If onsite less than hour then you be charged for time onsite and same if we were on-site longer than the hour it would be charged accordingly
